| • | Students must complete class work and homework diligently and punctually Homework expectations are listed clearly and we ask parents to supervise and sign-off on homework completion. Homework for Primary Pupils (Years 1-8) is primarily practice, memory work and revision. Secondary pupils are required to complete assignments based on class work - assignments handed in late will be give a zero mark, and additional daily attendance will be required for seondary pupils who fall behind in their work. |

| • | Teachers may only be approached about school matters at school We welcome discussion with parents but ask that you arrange for that to take place at school. It is very likely you will meet teachers in the community, at church or in other public places: please respect their right to a private life and leave school matters at school. |
| • | Fees must be paid by the due date Tuition fees are normally discounted by 10% if paid no later than 3:00 pm on the day they are due. That discount cannot be extended. Details about fees are given in the Prospectus and on the back of each invoice. |

| • | You must give one term's notice of withdrawl from enrolment or courses We must know before a term starts if your child is leaving at the end of that term. If you tell us before a term starts that the child will be leaving at the end of the term, you only pay that term's fees.
